Adi Ben Boher

Adi Ben Boher currently serves as the CEO of the Choreographers Association dedicated to community resilience, cross-cultural relations, and social impact through arts. She specializes in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, navigating crisis environments, and fostering institutional partnerships between Israel, global Jewish communities, and regional ecosystems. A fellow of the Mandel Cultural Leadership Program and a graduate of the Abba Eban Institute for International Diplomacy at Reichman University, Adi holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development. Her strategic vision focuses on leveraging culture, dialogue, and collaborative leadership to build bridges and cultivate a shared, sustainable future.
