Iman Ayyad

Iman Ayyad is a consultant at Deloitte focusing on financial and management policy and law and also teaches at Boston University in the graduate school of finance and economics. Iman’s expertise is in communicating with clients about changes to laws and regulations and guidance from the Treasury Department, Office of Management and Budget, and General Accounting Office, as well as the White House and Congress. Her instructional course work encompasses  International Finance, Monetary Policy, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Iman is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace and devotes significant time to this cause. She has worked with numerous accredited universities throughout Europe, South America, East Asia, and the Middle East, and helped exchange students from under-represented groups share their stories and educate others about the countries, communities and families. At Deloitte, Iman designs and presents case studies, forums and games to help recruit and mentor new employees.

A Palestinian American residing in Washington, DC, Iman lived and studied in Ramallah from age five through 15 and received her undergraduate education at Birzeit University before acquiring her master’s degree at Boston University.
